Tickets are already on sale on the website of Atak. Tickets are just 25 euros. I ordered my tickets, don't know how I'll get in Enschede from my home though. I guess i'll figure it out later.

It's already in a week :) There will be no support act, like they announced earlier.

yeeha, my 50th gig tonight!

I was hoping they would play lots of old stuff (to celebratie 15 years of WCS), but looking at yesterday's setlist this ain't going to happen.

from setlist.fm ..

Everybody's Weird
Favourite Game
Slow
Dark Sets In
Pocket Revolution
Paper Bones
What We Talk About (When We Talk About Love)
The Magic Hour
Nothing Really Ends
Bad Timing
Let's See Who Goes Down First
Instant Street
Fell Off The Floor, Man
The Architect
I Gave Love
Theme From Turnpike
----
Sun Ra
Morticiachair
Oh Your God
Roses
----
Suds & Soda

all in all, little changes compared to last nite's show, three new songs remain the same.. kind of odd seeing they're warming up for what should be two completely different pukkelpop shows. personally, happy about the inclusion of sun ra, also morticiachair of course - yet still i thought they would have come up with songs they have not been playing over the last couple years. why not have a go at jigsaw you? guilty pleasures? disappointed in the sun? not going to be able to see the pukkelpop shows myself, but i hope you guys who are, will get a couple more unexpected tunes.

however, from the few comments i read about the holland shows, and from this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yawNz4RuOJk, it appears they are in great form, so i guess that makes up. no extra guitar player in that video, by the way..

That's my setlist, I think it again was really great :) The Magic Hour was beautiful and brilliant, great vocals by Tom and Mauro.

On the back-up list there were songs like Hotellounge and Via, so maybe for Pukkelpop... For Pukkelpop the first night is going to be something like this one, as I found a piece of paper with some of the set for friday on it. But maybe they're putting this songs in the set on the second night.

there is an extra guitar player on a couple of songs, and 4 female backing vocals (which I found very cheesy)

Do you remember what songs they play on and do you know who this guitarist is? Seems a reprise of the short summer 2002 tour, when they had Vanhamel on guitar, as wel as the female singers who sang on Nothing Really Ends.

The guest musician's name is Tijs Delbeke (you should really check our Twitter account more often ;) ). And he doesn't only play the guitar, he also plays the keys and percussion.

If I'm not mistaken there were backing vocals on:
Dark Sets In
Pocket Revolution
Paper Bones
What We Talk About (When We Talk About Love)
The Magic Hour
Nothing Really Ends
Oh Your God

No, I'm pretty sure they're not. Tom did mention all their (first) names yesterday, but I have a very bad memory for these sort of things. But... you can see all the ladies in our next Podcast episode, which you can expect very very soon (working on it as we speak) ;)

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet, after checking the setlist I'll definitely try to have a space at the front of the marquee, both the nights. Sorry Placebo but dEUS comes first

It was not only on NRE. It was through the whole show and even if i have to agree with Kevin on the cheesy bit it is also true that it gave the songs a new beutiful and deep aproach. I enjoyed it very much in 2002. Different versions, specially Hotellounge (loved the intro on that version. pitty they took off the typical guitar part) oh and the accapela version of Little Ghost by the ladies was so beautiful. Loved it. Have i said that already?
I would love to listen to Hotellounge with this line up, specially Mauro
Let's hope for recordings and for the next days.
Oh and how do the new songs sound like? after all this is the most relevant part of these shows :)
